These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between you and Bloxz Development ("we," "us," or "our"), which owns and operates the Think OS app and related products and services. By using Think OS in any manner, you agree to these Terms, which will remain in effect as long as you use Think OS. These Terms include the provisions of this document as well as our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract. If you are under the legal age, you confirm that you have received permission from a parent or guardian to use Think OS and that your parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

Content on Think OS

Ownership: You retain ownership of any original content you create, post, upload, share, or store on Think OS. Your content is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Removal Rights: We reserve the right to remove any content from Think OS at our discretion, without prior notice, if we believe it violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Acceptable Use Policy

You are responsible for your use of Think OS and must ensure that your activities comply with all applicable laws. Unauthorized or unlawful use of Think OS is strictly prohibited. You agree not to:

• Use Think OS for fraudulent, threatening, or harmful purposes;
• Compromise the security of your account or any other user’s account (e.g., sharing your login credentials);
• Attempt to access or obtain passwords, accounts, or other security information of others;
• Breach the security of any computer network or attempt to bypass encryption or other security measures;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to access Think OS’s source code or underlying technology.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Think OS, its licensors, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. In any claim, our total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of (1) $100 or (2) the amount you paid to Think OS in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to Think OS at our discretion, for any reason. We will attempt to provide advance notice if feasible so you can retrieve important content. However, we may terminate access without notice if doing so is impractical, illegal, or poses a risk to safety, security, or Think OS’s operations.

These Terms are subject to updates. Continued use of Think OS after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
